STUDIO PORTRAITS
STUDIO FAMILY and CHILD PORTRAITS
Studio Portraits of Families and Children are available year-round at Rebecca's studio
on scenic Route 6A in Yarmouthport.
Studio Family and Children Portrait sessions range in price from $150.00,
depending on the number of people to be photographed.
Each additional person up to three is $25 additional.
The studio can accommodate up to six people in a group.
Studio Sessions for Families and Children include the following:
Rebecca's artistic creativity and from 30 to 45 minutes of camera time,
at least 30 images taken, and a required in-studio viewing and purchasing session. There are no portrait prints included with a studio session.
STUDIO MATERNITY and NEWBORN PORTRAITS
Creative Maternity and Newborn Studio Portraits are available year-round at Rebecca's studio
on scenic Route 6A in Yarmouthport.
Studio Sessions for Maternity and Newborns include the following:
Rebecca's artistic creativity and up to 2 hours of time (allowing for clothing changes and feedings),
at least 45 images taken, and a required in-studio viewing and purchasing session. There are no portrait prints included with a studio session.
Newborns must be photographed within two weeks of birth for this session.
Please call Rebecca in advance of your due date to set up the newborn session.
Maternity sessions are best done at about 7-8 months into the pregnancy.

STUDIO BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL PORTRAITS
The Business Professional Portrait package in studio is $150.00.
The Business Professional Portrait package includes the following:
A Professional Portrait session up to 30 minutes including several outfit changes if desired. Head and shoulders only.
Varied backdrop choices and angles will be utilized. At least 15 images taken.
Images are presented in an online gallery for two weeks.
The client receives one final retouched choice via email, sized for both web and print reproduction, with a 24 hour turnaround. Additional choices are available at an additional cost per final image. A disc is an additional $25.00, plus $6.95 S&H.
Location Sessions available prior to June 1st and after September 15th.
LIFESTYLE PORTRAITS
With the LIFESTYLE Portrait Session, Rebecca comes to your home and photographs your children using natural light in their own environment. The session is up to two hours and children are encouraged to play and be themselves.
This is NOT a posed session, but rather a documentary candid style session., and can include family members.
Please inquire regarding a consultation for this special type of session.
There are many fun possibilities!
Rebecca will travel anywhere on Cape Cod for this type of session, and will consider travel to any location, but off-Cape travel will incur a fuel surcharge.
MODEL / ACTOR PORTRAITS
The Model / Actor Professional Portrait Package is $475.00.
A Model / Actor session may be at your choice of location, either outdoor, studio, or both.
Outfit choices are unlimited with this session, and a make up artist can be arranged for an additional fee.
Rebecca has unique experience in fashion photography from her time in NYC, and uses her creative talent to create a compelling portfolio tailored to your needs.
Model /Actor Portrait Sessions include the following:
Rebecca’s artistic creativity and camera time up to two hours, travel to the location (if location is used), at least 75 images taken (all images may be converted to B&W), all outfit changes, an in-studio viewing session, and three final retouched image choices. Additional choices are available at an additional cost per image.
Comp Card Design is also available upon request.
Additional persons may be included for an additonal cost.
Additional camera time is billed at an hourly rate over two hours.
HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR PORTRAITS
High School Senior Portrait Sessions are available anytime of year at my Studio, at any Cape Cod beach location in Spring prior to June 20th or Fall, between September 15th and October 15th. I need three weeks prior to your yearbook deadline to produce the yearbook proof. Online proofing is NOT included with this session.
I will come to your favorite beach in your town on the Cape, which makes for a personal session at a beach that is special to you!
High School Senior Sessions are $175.00.
High School Senior Portrait Sessions include the following:
A 30 minute Fashion portrait session, up to three outfit changes, a minimum of 25 images to choose from, your yearbook proof sent to your school, as well as a required in-studio viewing and purchasing session. Portrait prints are at an additional cost.
Be sure to schedule early to get the best time for your Senior session as space is limited!
I ask that clients do not take photographs at any time
during the session
while I am working with your family.

RETAINERS
location sessions
A 50% RETAINER is required upon scheduling a location session. The balance of the session fee and pre-paid portrait print credit are due in full on the day of the session. The pre-paid portrait print credit is non-refundable. I try my best to accommodate my clients in terms of location.
However, I do not and cannot guarantee location.
If we have to reschedule due to weather, I will need to fit you in where I can to achieve the portrait while you are still here, and that may require travel to another location on the Cape. If I can reschedule you, and you choose not to take advantage of this by meeting me at the location I need to meet you at, I consider that to be a client cancellation. Cancellations by the client within 14 days of the portrait date forfeit the retainer paid. If you wish, I am happy to apply this paid retainer as a credit toward a future session for you or a friend, but it is not refundable in this situation.
studio sessions
All STUDIO sessions are due in FULL upon scheduling a date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation is due to weather, I will make every attempt to reschedule the session. I will only cancel a session due to weather if it is actually raining (not just cloudy or looking like rain) or in the case of excessive wind. If I must cancel a session due to these factors and the session cannot be rescheduled, then I will refund the retainer in full, in the same method it was paid, or the client may choose to use the retainer toward a future session, and it will be held as a studio credit.
If the client must cancel a session for personal reasons, I will accept a cancellation with a full refund of the retainer with 14 days notice. Within the 14 day window, I will make every attempt to reschedule the session. If I can reschedule the session, there will be a $75.00 rescheduling fee charged in addition to the session fee. If the session cannot be rescheduled for any reason, then the client will forfeit the full retainer.

It is my constant goal that my clients have only the best experience with our photography session through to the final result of the beautiful portraits in their home, shared with family and friends.
I consider each photography session as a creative collaboration between myself and my clients.
Hiring a photographer is a very personal choice, and I understand that you as my client are allowing me to spend time with and document your family, which represents a strong level of trust.
